100 Paravents
Creative Direction
Using the working title "GHOST SHIP", we conceived and designed his edition "100 Paravents" together with the artist Dirk Stewen. In terms of content, it deals with works from his exhibition in Oslo in the spring of 2020, which was installed and completely set up, but was not allowed to be entered due to the pandemic – and thus became a ghost ship.

The result is an object that is both a publication and an exhibition object. Inspired by Marcel Duchamp's portable museum "La Boîte-en-valise", the edition contains five paravent-shaped paper objects in a box made of cardboard and linen, measuring around 32 x 40 x 6 cm.
Speaking about this work, Dirk Stewen said:
"In this artistic publication I document new work from the past three years. My work is rooted in photography and experiments in juxtapositions with the ancestors of the medium, the graphic and the painterly. In terms of content, the publication deals with new works from the period of the pandemic and with the works from the last exhibition, which was installed in Oslo in the spring of 2020 but could not be entered and thus became a ghost ship, hence the working title GHOST SHIP."
The edition will be published in an edition of 20.
