The Rorschach method, symmetrical patterns made of ink blots that serves as the basis for psychodiagnostic tests, triggers very different and very personal associations – similar to a glass of wine.
Therefore, they seemed a suitable starting point for the corporate identity of Jan Konetzki, one of UK’s most renowned sommeliers, “UK Sommelier of the Year” and Director of Wine at the Four Seasons Hotel London in Ten Trinity Square as well as its Private Club.

As with the original Rorschach tests, Jan's corporate design is based on a large number of patterns that are spread over the entire edition, such as business cards or compliment cards.
The hot foil embossing on the stationery contrasts strongly with the soft cotton structure of the Gmund Cotton paper.
The primary colour reflects the shade of a young Pinot Noir with every nuance that can be seen in a glass of wine. To reflect this spectrum from light to dark, the design uses a gradient of different shades of red and violet.
