For Gordon Ramsay's restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, we conceived and designed not only the wine lists but also the menu and dessert cards, whose materiality and feel complement the fine dining experience.

Similar to the wine list, the menu and dessert menus have been designed to allow employees to adjust the number of pages and content quickly and easily. The pages consist of sheets of high-quality Gmund fine paper, held together by a handmade, engraved and rhodium-plated brass rail.
