Throughout the world he is known as a television chef and his restaurants have been decorated with numerous Michelin stars: For Gordon Ramsay’s Pétrus in Knightsbridge and the Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, we designed and created a wine list, menus and dessert menus whose haptics and materials complement the experience of fine dining.
The richly illustrated, narrative wine list was awarded by the World’s Best Wine Lists jury.

On the cover of the wine list for Gordon Ramsay's award-winning restaurant Pétrus in Knightsbridge, the location of the original Château Pétrus is shown in an embossed, hand-drawn map of the French wine region of Pomerol near Bordeaux.
The approximately 70 individual pages on Gmund paper in Japanese binding, with a fine inner design of red stripes, are bound using a computer-milled and hand-polished stainless steel splint.
An abstracted map of London was embossed in fine goatskin on the front of the wine list for the Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, which extends over 80 pages. We specially developed the rhodium-plated brass splint as a binding mechanism for the pages of Gmund paper in Japanese binding.
Within you will find illustrated maps of various wine-growing regions corresponding to the exclusive selection of the wine cellar of the restaurant.
Inspired by the interior of the restaurant, the various shades of colour and materials in the wine list are reflected again in the menu and dessert menus.
